Warm Season Turf: Pre-emergent weed control, post-emergent weed control, and a balanced fertilizer.
Cool Season Turf: Pre-emergent weed control, broadleaf weed control and a balanced fertilizer.
Application 4 (June 1-July 15)
Warm Season Turf: Balanced fertilizer and broadleaf weed control.
Cool Season Turf: Broadleaf weed control and a fungicide to control brown patch.
Application 5 (July 15-September 1)
Warm Season Turf: Balanced fertilizer, broadleaf weed control, and grub control (as needed).
Cool Season Turf: Broadleaf weed control, fungicide to control brown patch, and grub control (as needed).
Application 6 (September 1-October 15)
Warm Season Turf: Pre-emergent weed control, post-emergent weed control, winterizer fertilizer, and grub control (as needed).
Cool Season Turf: Pre-emergent weed control, broadleaf weed control, and a balanced fertilizer. If lawn has been overseeded with a cool season turf, the pre- emergent weed control will not be applied in Application 6.
Application 7 (October 15-December 1)
Warm Season Turf: Pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control and a winterizer fertilizer.
Cool Season Turf: Pre-emergent weed control, broadleaf weed control, and a balanced fertilizer.
Additional Lawn Care Services:
Tree and Shrub Care – All shrubs and trees will receive regular applications of insecticides, fungicides, and pesticides to prevent and control unwanted insects, disease, and pests. Dormant oils will be applied during the winter when appropriate. All shrubs will be fertilized four (4) times per year and trees will be fertilized in the fall. Program includes seven (7) applications.
Flea and Tick Control – Turf areas will be treated five (5) times per year with an appropriate insecticide to prevent and control common fleas, ticks, and other pests.
Mole/Gopher Control – As needed with each Lawn Care Application visit, WesternLawns will inspect and treat any active rodent
